About the Journal

Jurnal Migasian is a scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of AKAMIGAS Balongan, which has since been renamed the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Institut Teknologi Petroleum Balongan. The journal has been assigned e-ISSN 2615-6695.

Furthermore, in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development Enhancement, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, No. 225/E/KPT/2022, dated December 7, 2022, Jurnal Migasian is accredited at SINTA 4.

Jurnal Migasian publishes scientific articles covering petroleum engineering, fire and safety, occupational health and safety, security, and environmental protection (HSE), as well as other engineering disciplines and community service initiatives.

The journal accepts original research articles, community service reports, critical and comprehensive scientific reviews of significant and current issues, and reviews of scholarly books.

Jurnal Migasian is published twice a year, in June and December, by the LPPM of Institut Teknologi Petroleum Balongan.

Authors whose articles are accepted for publication will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), an electronic certificate, an electronic journal copy, and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
