Sebelum pelatihan, angket didistribusikan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan warga tentang energi terbarukan. Selanjutnya, warga diajari tentang tata cara pembuatan briket dari limbah kulit kacang tanah melalui demo video serta manfaat ekonominya. Di akhir kegiatan, angket diberikan lagi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan warga meningkat sebagai hasil dari kegiatan ini. IPM consists of GAP, PROSPER, MBAL, PVTP, REVEAL and RESPLVE. The purpose of the study is to plan the development scenario of the "NATA" field using IPM. The "NATA" field has nine wells and three productive zones, namely N-1, N-2 and N-3. The method used is modeling from the reservoir using MBAL software, followed by well modeling using Prosper Software, then in the final stage is to design the surface facilities of the "NATA" field using GAP Software. The results of running for 10 years until 2034 obtained reservoir N-1 produced by three wells obtained with reservoir pressure 1560 psig, oil production 1500 STB / day liquid production 1600 STB / day, water production 108 STB / day. In reservoir N-2, one well was produced, reservoir pressure 1300 psig, oil production 850 STB/day, liquid production 890 STB/day, water production 21 STB/day were obtained. In reservoir N-3, five wells were produced, reservoir pressure 1860 psig, oil production 100 STB/day, liquid production 200 STB/day, water production 100 STB/day were obtained. Known as a tourist area for its beaches and natural water baths. making the research location in the Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province important to research. In this study, a different approach to geomorphological studies was used: DEM data for 3D analysis was used to see various geomorphological images. Bird's eye views from a variety of locations and directions can be provided by the 3D DEM model, which can also obtain height and slope information from Topographic Maps and Slope Maps. The results of the map analysis are then used to produce a descriptive Geomorphological Map where the research area is dominated by a height of 175-350m above sea level and based [19] classification. The electrical submersible pump operates with the Allen C1000ARC pump type and pump setting depth of 4592 ft, TDH 4268.58 ft, number of stages 94, frequency 50 Hz, HP 28, head/stage 24 with a pump efficiency of 20%. In planning the optimization of a good and correct electrical submersible pump it will produce a pump efficiency value of above 35%. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to perform optimization calculations on electrical submersible pumps by calculating IPR values using the Wiggins method, calculating SGf and Gf values, calculating SBHP and FBHP values, calculating PIP, calculating TDH and pump performance curves. After optimizing the DR-01 well, the results obtained are the type of pump Allen C680AR, the pump setting depth value is 4653.92 ft, the total dynamic head value is 4202.74 ft, the number of stages is 145 stages, pump frequency is 60 Hz, Qgross value is 500 bfpd, horse power is 19 HP , head.stage 29, and a pump efficiency value of 57%. This research was carried out on November 01-30, 2023 at the PPSDM Migas Cepu Refinery Unit which focuses on heating equipment, namely the Furnace. Furnace is an advanced heating device in the refinery unit to heat crude oil with an output temperature of 330 - 350°C. The purpose this research is to calculate the variables that support the calculation of Furnace performance efficiency, calculate and know the efficiency value of Furnace-03, and know the things that affect the efficiency of furnace performance. Supporting variables in the calculation of Furnace efficiency in the form of Specific Gravity, 60 ° F Density, °API, and K-UOP values, the results obtained for Fuel Oil are 0.891, 890.294 kg/m3, 27.278, and 11.884, respectively. Whereas the values for Crude Oil are 0.839, 837.934 kg/m3, 37.217, and 12.048, respectively. The results of the calculation of the efficiency of Furnace-03 were obtained at 57.37% so that Furnace-03 was not suitable for operation. Kebakaran sering diawali oleh api kecil dan dapat menyebar cepat, terutama di industri konstruksi baja yang sangat rentan. Karena itu, keberadaan dan kesiapan APAR sangat penting sebagai respons awal. APAR adalah alat pemadam portabel berukuran kecil yang mudah dibawa dan dioperasikan oleh satu orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, prosedur, dan implementasi ITM APAR di PT Wijaya Karya Industri dan Konstruksi Majalengka. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, lalu dianalisis dengan membandingkannya pada Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. PER-04/MEN/1980. PT Wijaya Karya Industri dan Konstruksi bergerak di bidang fabrikasi baja dan berlokasi di Jalan Raya Cirebon–Bandung, Desa Cisambeng, Kec. Palasah, Kab. Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan inspeksi dan pengujian APAR dilakukan setiap bulan, sedangkan perawatan <em>(maintenance)</em> dilakukan setiap tahun oleh pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk.
