Preliminary Study of Estimated Significant Impacts of Coal Mining Activities at PT. Pacific Coal Minging

In physical development that has the potential to have an impact on the environment, the development must be accompanied by an Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) document. The AMDAL document contains estimates of the impact that an activity will have on the environment so that anticipation can be made for its management. Research on the impact of mining activities on the environment refers to guidelines for creating environmental documents for mining business activities. The impact size estimates used in this study include formal methods and informal methods. The results of research regarding attitudes and perceptions of society in general, some people in the study area have positive attitudes and perceptions with an agreement score (43.33%). Furthermore, regarding the acceptance of construction workers, the data obtained shows that the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) reached 88.88%. Furthermore, the social conflict data shows that social conflict in the community at the study location is relatively low.
